Starting a structured round of applications this week. The plan, in short: 80-120 targeted applications over 3-4 weeks, weighted toward AI-native Series Seed-C startups and frontier labs, with a smaller allocation to quant funds and Canadian regional companies. Each application goes through high-signal channels only: Wellfound, direct company pages, HN Who's Hiring, LinkedIn for networking after applying. No aggregators.
